Fabric Tensile Strength Tester Operating procedures

Universal testing machine operating environment requirements

Keep the test environment clean and dry, with the fixture with good oxidation resistance; test machine to work the ambient temperature is 10 ~ 35 ℃, relative humidity of not more than 80%.
Fabric Tensile Strength Tester operation safety requirements

1 operator must be the appropriate training, through the assessment before induction.
2 test process operators to concentrate, the test staff can not leave the test site, we must pay close attention to the test changes, the emergence of dangerous conditions to emergency shutdown, in order to avoid personnel safety incidents.
3 clear boot, shutdown sequence: test machine computer printer.
Fabric strength machine operating procedures and methods
1 Preparation before operation:
The tester is reliably grounded and the ground is connected to the rear bolts of the test machine.
Check whether the test sensor meets the test requirements, whether it is necessary to replace the sensor, to avoid excessive damage to the test object test sensor; or because the sensor is too large to exceed the value of the test object is beyond the allowable range.
2 formal operation
Turn on the test machine computer's power switch in sequence (preheat for 15 minutes).
To be tested, place the test bench, adjust the test machine lift button to ensure that the test surface is aligned, and the test fixture.
The computer opens the software to enter the main interface; click on the test part, enter the editing test program interface.
Edit the test program, set the test parameters such as: test items, test force value, limit value; the software in the original test program can be used directly, the new test program need to re-edit and add;
After returning to the main interface, clear the "real-time force value", "displacement", "deformation", and "peak force value".
Click the right triangle button to start the test.
When the "real-time force value" starts to fall and the "real-time force value" is significantly lower than the "peak force value", you can click the box button to stop the test, or use the test machine automatically return to the car (this function required in the test program parameters Set), record the "peak force value" comparison criteria to make the test results to determine.
Remove the test product, the computer exit the software and shut down.
Storage and handling of equipment
1 test machine needs regular dust, with the fixture easy to rust, when not on the oil.
2 test machine start-up after 15 minutes to start the test, if the test half-way shutdown, at least 1 minute after the test machine, can not be shut down directly after the open test machine.
3 If you replace the load sensor, first turn off the test machine power supply, software off-line; and can not be plugged with load sensor lead.
4 test machine at the time of handling, to move horizontally, can not shake too much, but can not move the middle beam (that is loaded with load sensor beam). When the door is careful, do not crush the spot encoder at the top of the test machine.
5 The maximum load of the local load sensor is 10KN (ie 1000 kg) It is important to note that if the test pressure is more than 10KN, write the "load" and "load decay" when setting the "test plan" Two ways to stop.
6 if the use of t software can not control the test machine, first check the test machine and computer connected to the data cable is loose, and then check the software on the line whether the use of com2 serial port (the test machine is com1 serial port).
7 If the software is used, the load window has no force value to see if the connection of the load sensor is loose

Multi-Functional Scratch tester For automotive interior materials

Multi-Functional Scratch tester is applicable to all types of wiping performance test of automotive interior materials; test equipment integrated three domestic standards (fingers scraping method, a hundred grid method, and plastic scraping finger scraping method).         Scratch tester is an electronic instrument capable of measuring critical load, adhesion, scratch resistance and bond strength for a wide range of surfaces. Scratch tester measures the scratch resistance of a sliding and moving surface in the relative motion to a stylus. The stylus is forced/pressed against the moving surface with precise controlled force which is normal to the surface and tangential force at the contact has to be measured.         Scratch tester can be utilized for all type of industrial coating from the plasma layers used in semiconductor and optical technology used in decorative coatings used for automotive and consum...

Reveal the standards for textile breathability testing and let you understand it in seconds!

Reveal the standards for textile breathability testing and let you understand it in seconds! Breathability testing is a measure of how much gas can pass through a textile. However, there is no single "optimal" air permeability value, as it depends on the specific circumstances in which the textile is used. For example, if it is used to make sportswear, it is hoped that it has good breathability; if it is used to make insulating clothes or warm clothes, it is hoped that it can block the cold well. Therefore, when testing the air permeability of textiles, the purpose of using the textile must be clearly understood in order to obtain reasonable values. In order to accurately and quickly test the true breathability performance of a sample, specially designed and developed instruments must be used. Testing methods generally include: fabric thickness (Thickness), fabric density (Density), fabric water absorption rate (Water Absorption Rate), evaporation and mass transfer (Moistur...

Test Methods of Universal Pilling Assessment Viewer (PAV)

Universal Pilling Assessment Viewer enables fabric to be assessed while still mounted on a Martindale head. The Pilling Assessment Viewer (PAV) for the textile market has been developed with the help of a major textile company in accordance to BN EN ISO 12945 standards incorporating all 3 parts and adopting the following test methods: Part 1: ICI Pilling box method (BS 5811) Part 2: Modified Martindale method (SN 198 525) Part 3: Atlas random tumble method (ASTM D 3512-96) It uses D65 Artificial Daylight (with CWF optionally available), as specified by many retailers. Other test methods can also be viewed, including those specified by major retailers. Other results of test methods that can be viewed include: BS 5811:1986 Determination of resistance to pilling and change of appearance of fabrics. ICI modified pill box for snagging Fleece appearance and surface change after washing Other test methods as specified by several major retail outlet. To optimize c...
