What Is The AATCC Rotary Crockmeter

aatcc rotary vertical crockmeter , to determine the colour fastness of textiles to dry or wet rubbing particularly for printer fabrics. This Rotary crockmeter vertically applies 1134 grams of pressure on a 16 mm finger and rotate 1.125 turns clockwise then anti-clockwise. It is motorized with adjustable speed, automatically stops after set cycles completed, LCD display. Rotary Crock Meter to determine the color fastness of textiles to dry and wet rubbing particularly for printer fabrics. Applies 1134g of pressure on a 16mm finger and rotates 1.125 turns clockwise then anti-clockwise. The operating handle is however turn in one direction only. Rotary rubbing color fastness tester is the most commonly used testers in textile industry to test the color fastness of fabric to  dry or wet rubbing, especially the printed fabrics .The 16mm diameter friction head can provide 1143 grams of pressure .The firction head make friction of 1.125 cycles clockwise first and then countercl

The Components Of Gravel Impact Tester

The new gravel impact tester  from QINSUN Instruments is assembled by standard component and equipped with easy handling accessories, achieving gravel impact against all the main standard automotive materials on this one machine. It is the only instrument in China that adopts the universal adjustment device, and the 0-180 impact angle can be adjusted arbitrarily.( the so-called mufti-functional instruments produced by other manufacturers is actually equipped with different angel collision boxes ). The first disadvantage is that customers need constantly change collision boxes with different angles. It has a lot of trouble to make replacement and the collision boxes of different angles will cover a large area. The second disadvantage is that the collision boxes are not complete enough with different angles to meet customers need for subsequently adding the required impact angles.impact window of the test bench:300*300 mm,(impact window size of the test bench is larger than the size pr

Ozone Aging Test Chamber To Ozone Poulltion Test

Ozone is a pollutant formed through a chemical reaction that occurs when sunlight interacts with nitrogen oxides and other organic compounds that are generated by coal-burning, vehicle exhaust and some natural sources. "We know that ozone can damage the respiratory system, reduce lung function and cause asthma attacks," said study author Junfeng (Jim) Zhang, from Duke and Duke Kunshan University. "Here, we wanted to learn whether ozone affects other aspects of human health, specifically the cardiovascular system." Ozone Aging Test Chamber  from qinsun-lab  Can be used to test rubber products with static tensile deformation, such as vulcanized rubber, thermoplastic rubber, cable insulating bush; expose the test specimens to the sealed air in the test chamber without light and with constant ozone concentration and constant temperature according to predetermined time, and then observe the cracks on test specimens’ surface and the degree of change of other prope

working principle Of Rapid Grease Extraction Apparatus

The   Rapid Grease Extraction Apparatus is developed specifically for obtaining the oil content of tops and similar materials sufficiently quickly for the results to be available at the time of processing. The principle of extraction is percolation of a solvent through the wool sample in a simple metal tube. The extract, as it drips from the tube, is collected by a light aluminium tray held between two metal rings mounted on a temperature-controlled hot-plate. Solid-liquid extraction is a semicontinuous process, coupling distillation with a “SOXHLET” type cartridge containing the solid product impregnated with an active principle (solute) to be extracted by dissolution in a heated solvent. The distillation column generates solvent vapours which are condensed; this pure and heat solvent feeds into the cartridge containing the inert solid and the solute. When the cartridge is full, the solution obtained (solvent and solute) empties out automatically by siphon action (leaching)
