Working Principle of Dry Cleaning

The washing system consists of inner cage, main shaft, frequency converter, variable frequency motor, size belt wheel, cover shell and so on. The inverter can change the driving speed of the motor by changing the frequency, so that the rotating speed of the rotating cage can be variable speed, which can meet the various speed requirements of washing, dewatering, drying and deodorization. Through the inverter motor, a pair of belt wheels are driven, so that the rotating cage connected on the main shaft is in positive and reverse direction washing, drying and running, and the single-direction high-speed dewatering operation is carried out.

In general, dry cleaning is done by dry cleaning solvent under the action of mechanical forces. In dry cleaning, a certain amount of dry cleaning oil is added to the dry cleaning solvent, which is a synthetic surfactant, each of which has a hydrophilic base and a pro-oil base. When the soap oil is added to the dry cleaning system, the oil molecules will mix the water molecules with the dry cleaner, so that the water will be evenly distributed in the dry cleaning oil. Because there is no free water, there will be no loss of clothing, wrinkling, dimming and decolorization; Water soluble dirt can be removed because of the presence of water molecules.

The closed loop design of the dry cleaning machine: the modern dry cleaning machine is designed with the so-called dry dry closed loop. The closed loop refers to the removal of the dry-state clothes from the dry state clothing to the dry clean clothes from the machine. This modern dry cleaning method has the following characteristics: high working efficiency, low labor intensity, and minimization of emissions.
