 ISO13506-1 Protective Clothing Combustion Dummy Test Device


TTech-ISO13506 protective clothing flame retardant performance dummy test system is developed according to the standards GBT23467-2009, ISO13506 and ASTM F1930. The sensor installed on the dummy surface detects the temperature field changes under the explosive environment of standard heat flux, uniform flame distribution and controllable exposure time, calculates the first degree burn and second degree burn area of the dummy skin, predicts the burn degree of human tissues and total burn area, and describes the flame retardant and protective performance of protective clothing.



The clothing flame retardant performance dummy test system is mainly composed of a combustion chamber, a combustion control system, a dummy, a data acquisition system, an image acquisition system and system software. It can complete the calibration of the uniformity of the incident heat flow, the temperature acquisition and calculation of the epidermis, dermis, and subcutaneous tissues, complete the analysis of the first degree burn, second degree burn, and pain, predict the degree and range of burns, and thus complete the definition of the flame retardant protective performance of protective clothing.
