XK-3010 low temperature shock resistance testing machine test steps

XK-3010 low temperature shock resistance testing machine, also known as low temperature cold resistance test machine, is suitable for various leather, synthetic leather, textile, fabric, rubber, finished shoes, shoe upper leather, sole and other materials to simulate the shock resistance test at low temperature, to Learn about material damage in low temperature climates and cold regions.

Experiment procedure:

1. Adjust the temperature of the low temperature box to the test temperature for at least 1 hour before the test.

2. Cut the test sample with a mold. The length direction of the test sample should be parallel to the transverse direction of the product. Connect the two ends of each sample with a length of 50mm and gradually form a closed circle at room temperature. Connect each sample The side of the cardboard with a size of 127mm×50mm should be completely attached to the side of the cardboard, and the closed circle should be located on the cardboard, and two nails should be nailed with a stapler at a place about 12.7mm from the edge on the matching side of the sample and the cardboard .

3. Put the entire low-temperature impact instrument into the low-temperature box, and put 5 test pieces into the cold-conditioning box for about 15 minutes.

4. Put the 5 covered samples on the bottom plate respectively, put the curled part of the staple behind the jammed paper into the groove of the bottom plate, and operate on the jammed paper, place the curved closed circle of the sample on the center of the bottom plate, The closed loop faces away from the pivot end of the impact handle.

5. Let the impact handle freely fall on the curved closed circle at an angle of 5°. Repeat this operation until all 5 samples have been tested.

6. Move the sample to detect the degree of damage. Under the specified temperature, the number of damaged samples should not exceed 20% of the number of test samples

Multi-Functional Scratch tester For automotive interior materials

Multi-Functional Scratch tester is applicable to all types of wiping performance test of automotive interior materials; test equipment integrated three domestic standards (fingers scraping method, a hundred grid method, and plastic scraping finger scraping method).         Scratch tester is an electronic instrument capable of measuring critical load, adhesion, scratch resistance and bond strength for a wide range of surfaces. Scratch tester measures the scratch resistance of a sliding and moving surface in the relative motion to a stylus. The stylus is forced/pressed against the moving surface with precise controlled force which is normal to the surface and tangential force at the contact has to be measured.         Scratch tester can be utilized for all type of industrial coating from the plasma layers used in semiconductor and optical technology used in decorative coatings used for automotive and consumer goods. Scratch tester is used in various applications such as

FMVSS 302 With Horizontal Flammability Tester

FMVSS 302 is one of the most important to crash survivability. This standard not only designates acceptable flammability characteristics of materials to be used in vehicle interiors but also outlines specifications for testing these properties and interpreting their results. By comparing their findings against the desired burn characteristics, auto manufacturers and parts suppliers can ensure their interior materials are approved for use. Test instruments : Horizontal Flammability Tester ; Test Procedure of Horizontal Flame Tester : a.Mount the specimen so that both sides and one end are held by the U-shaped frame, and one end is even with the open end of the frame. Where the maximum available width of a specimen is not more than 51 mm, so that the sides of the specimen cannot be held in the U-shaped frame, place the specimen in position on wire supports as described in S5.1.3, with one end held by the closed end of the U-shaped frame. b.Place the mounted specimen in a hori

Zipper Tester, Slide Fastener Reciprocating Tester

The Zipper Tester, also known as a Slide Fastener Reciprocating Tester, is a specialized device used to test the durability and functionality of zippers or slide fasteners. It is commonly used in the textile, garment, and bag manufacturing industries to ensure the quality of zippers used in various products. The tester simulates the repeated opening and closing actions that zippers undergo during normal usage. It evaluates the zipper's resistance to wear and tear, as well as its ability to withstand the repetitive movements and forces applied during regular operation. The Zipper Tester typically consists of a testing chamber or fixture, where the zipper is securely clamped. The tester applies a controlled reciprocating motion to the zipper slider, repeatedly opening and closing the zipper according to predefined parameters, such as cycle count and speed. During the testing process, the machine measures various performance parameters, including the force required to open and close t
