【Instrument Features】:

2. Adopt 6KW water-cooled long-arc xenon lamp, high-efficiency electric energy and light energy conversion technology, cooperate with high transmittance filter system, and the power of xenon lamp with the same radiation energy is lower, so that the machine can truly realize energy saving and environmental protection.

3. Standard 420nm band monitoring, irradiance digital setting, real-time monitoring, closed-loop automatic adjustment, optional 340nm, 300-400nm, 280-800nm bands.

4. The irradiance uses optical fiber technology to guide light, 16-bit AD sampling, 32-bit ARM processing, digital setting, DC stepless adjustment of xenon lamp, and fully realizes closed-loop stability and automatic compensation.

5. The instrument uses the patented technology of standard lamp calibration, which can completely eliminate the aging attenuation of the irradiance collection system due to long-term tests, patent number: ZL201120297927.8.

6. The black panel thermometer (BPT) and standard black panel thermometer (BST) are tested at the same station (equidistant) with the sample, which truly reflects the test status of the sample; the temperature collection is transmitted by radio frequency technology to reduce the instability caused by mechanical wear.

7. Intelligent circulation adjustment system, ultrasonic and PTC double humidification, circulation wind speed servo motor control, make the temperature, humidity and blackboard temperature in the test chamber realize closed-loop control, and ensure the stable output of test parameters for a long time.



8. The cooling water is mixed with internal circulation and high-energy-efficiency heat exchange system to save water to a higher degree.

9. Super-large experimental chamber design, large-size drum-type sample hanging column, exposure area up to 2660cm2.

10. 10.4-inch color touch screen display control, Chinese and English operation interface, multiple test monitoring modes (animation, digital, curve), multi-segment operation mode programming, support online programming without stopping, convenient operation, intuitive and clear.

11. All sample holders can be timed separately, and different samples can be tested on the same machine, which is convenient for test monitoring and reduces operating costs. The running time and separate timing can be protected against power failure to prevent accidental power failure.

12. The cooling water uses a combination of tap water and recycled waste water to save tap water loss and reduce operating costs.
