 The filter material dynamic filtration performance tester(Click on itis mainly used to test the filtration performance of filter materials. The equipment itself is easy to operate, compact, and sturdy in design. The dust concentration value of the filtration test can be adjusted quickly and conveniently, and the actual use simulation degree is high, simulating a variety of actual conditions. Main features:
1. The dynamic performance detection device for filter materials has the advantages of reasonable structural design, accurate test parameters, and simple and easy operation. It can complete comprehensive performance tests such as resistance and efficiency of filter material cleanliness, aging, and stability.
2. Color LCD operation interface, digital graphics processing, and XDT software can independently display the Chinese interface and edit and process the curve. It has two functions: custom and programmable, and comes with 5 standard test methods. It has a fault self-calibration function. It has an operation encryption function and can be remotely controlled.
 
Experimental process:
1. Initialization treatment: Determination of dust filtration performance of initial filter material sample, cleaning is performed when pressure loss reaches 1000Pa, and the weight gain of high-efficiency filter membrane and outlet dust concentration is measured and recorded after 30 repetitions;
2. Aging treatment: 10,000 aging treatments with 5-second intervals;
3. Stabilization treatment: Stabilization treatment, installation process A performs 10 dust filtration and cleaning operations;
4. Stabilization treatment: Perform 30 dust filtration and cleaning operations according to A.
